UniCredit Bulbank launches a new innovative service – virtual financial advisor - www.yourfinancialadvisor.bg. The new website of the bank provides clients with the opportunity to find their way quickly and easily through the multitude of bank products and services and to be offered individual financial tailor-made offers.

“We are constantly trying to be closer to clients and making their everyday life easier is one of the main reasons for the creation of the virtual advisor,” said Tzvetanka Mincheva, deputy director of Retail Banking at UniCredit Bulgaria.

UniCredit Bulbank reports an increase of 65% for a year in the number of clients using online banking which confirms the trend for the use of even more bank services via Internet and mobile devices.

Users of the new service select the field in which they need financial advice, for example the purchase of a new home, a trip, a new car, savings or something else. Depending on the selection of customer’s preferences, the advisor prepares a personalized financial offer.

If interested, the client may avail of the offer in one of the following ways: via an online application, a call from the call center or a meeting at a bank branch they find convenient.
