With its new product the bank provides to its clients security about the amount of their monthly installments

Especially for the holiday season in December UniCredit Bulbank offers to its customers a consumer loan in EUR with flat interest for the first five years. After the five years elapse the interest will be formed in the standard manner.

At the end of the year consumption traditionally rises hence the need for financing. With its flat-interest consumer loan UniCredit Bulbank provides to its customers security regarding the amount of their monthly installments and possibility for planning of the family/personal budget.

“The new flat interest consumer loan brings stability in the economically insecure situation in the country, because the market interest risk for the borrower is reduced to zero, and that - at very acceptable price“, said Pasquale Giamboi, Head of Retail Banking in UniCredit Bulbank.

For example, if the loan amounts to EUR 7,000 and is disbursed for a period of 7 years, with the condition for transfer of the salary in the Bank, the installment under the loan for the first five years will amount to EUR 131.80, which amount also includes the due payment of Credit Protection insurance. For the whole initial 5-year period of the loan, the borrower will pay that installment as a stable amount, regardless of the changes in the interest conditions on the market.

Since recently the Bank made lending by phone possible. Thus customers can apply for a loan in BGN with flat interest for the whole period. And the maximum amount that can be provided is BGN 50 thousand.

From October 2011 until the end of September 2012 UniCredit Bulbank also offers a mortgage loan in EUR with flat interest rate for the first 5 years. In addition the Bank also gives interest discounts to clients whose salary is transferred in the Bank and/or who use a new investment product – either Pioneer savings plan, direct investment in Pioneer funds or Life insurance.
