About the program

UniCredit Bulbank launches the 2009 Internship Program. For yet another year in a row the largest bank in Bulgaria will give a chance to capable and motivated young people to apply in practice their knowledge and to obtain professional experience in the field of banking.

UniCredit Bulbank offers to the students who will participate in 2009 Internship Program:

* joining the team of a modern European financial group;

* professional training and practice;

* possibility to get a job;

* possibility for career growth and development on an international level in UniCredit Group

The internship can be either full time or with flexible hours, for example four hours a day. The duration is two successive months. The interns receive a monthly pay as well as a certificate for successful performance. The internship periods can be set according to the intern’s availability and the needs of the Bank.

In Sofia the applicants for internship may choose from the following fields: retail banking; corporate banking; private banking; credit risk management; loan administration; financial markets and custody services; Call Center; customer satisfaction survey; bank cards and payments; bank insurance; IT; bank security; human resources; legal servicing of the bank business; marketing, advertising and public relations. The applicants in the other towns and cities can choose from: active sales of bank products and services; client servicing in the branch network; corporate banking.

The ideal applicant

* graduates or last year students (bachelor’s and masters’ programs) with majors related to the banking business – economics, laws, IT-related fields or business administration;

* excellent computer skills and good command of English;

* has knowledge and interests in the field of banking;

* has good communications skills, initiative, is well-organized and willing to work in a team.

UniCredit Bulbank has a consistent policy of conducting internship programs for training and development of the best students and providing a permanent job for the best performing ones during the internship period. The 2008 internship program of the Bank was extremely successful: approximately 300 interns joined the team of UniCredit Bulbank and more than 100 of them got a job in the Bank.
