The health and well-being of employees and customers is UniCredit Bulbank’s top priority.
In this regard, the bank allows all individuals Bulgarian citizens over the age of 18 to become its customers without the mandatory up to now visit to a branch.
The only thing those wishing to become clients of UniCredit Bulbank have to do is to download the Bulbank Mobile application and follow the steps to open a new account. They include a process of remote identification with selfie. Thanks to the latest technologies, a new bank account with a debit card and mobile banking can be opened in just a few minutes.
The debit card has no fees for withdrawing at all the bank's ATMs, and mobile banking allows customers to use a wide range of banking services entirely through their phone. Thus, everyone who needs an account for receiving salary, scholarship, etc. receives a full banking service via the phone. The fee is BGN 1.60 per month.
"In recent months, the entire team of the bank has been actively working to further expand the products and services we offer to our customers through our digital channels. The opportunity for a new client to open an account only via our mobile app without visiting a branch is a real revolution and we are glad to be the first bank to offer this opportunity on the market", commented Giacomo Volpi, Head of Retail Banking Division at UniCredit Bulbank.
In addition clients of the bank can receive full range of bank services and consultancy completely remotely through the Call Center without need to visit bank branch.
