• The Bank improves the interests on all mortgage loans;

• The average amount of the withdrawn mortgage loans is EUR 34 thousand.

UniCredit Bulbank will pay the electricity bills of up to BGN 100 for a period of six months to all its clients who obtain a mortgage loan by the end of May. The only condition is for the electricity bill to be paid via the customer account in the Bank which is included in UNICO package program, and now the customers of the Bank can buy Unico Light package (current account, Bulbank Online, debit card and three monthly periodic payments) at the promotional price of BGN 4 per month.

The attractive proposal is one example of the improved conditions of UniCredit Bulbank under all mortgage loans approved by 31 May 2011. The interest for the first year under these loans will be 6.10% . The early repayment fee for repayments with own funds is also dropped.

“After the considerable drop, which we saw over the last months, we expect a revival on the mortgage loans market and with the new and more attractive conditions we are ready for that revival. UniCredit Bulbank accounts for the biggest share in the market growth, which is due to the attractiveness of mortgage loans supply, with conditions adjusted to the market demand”, Ekaterina Panayotiva, UCB’s Head of Marketing and Client Segments Division, said.

An analysis of the bank shows that the euro still remains the most preferred currency for loan withdrawal, and the average mortgage loan amount is EUR 34,000, and for Sofia it is – as expected – higher – EUR 40,000. The usual duration of the bank loan is 10 – 20 years, while the tendency is towards reduction of the indebtedness period.

First Home Party with Maria and Rachkov

For its most preferred mortgage product, “First Home”, UniCredit Bulbank has prepared one more surprise for its customers. The bank will organize a party for 10 of its customers who buy their new home with such a loan. In addition it will cover the costs for the party, the bank will bring along VIP guests – Maria Ignatova and Dimiter Rachkov.

The ten happy people who will celebrate their new home in the company of the TV stars, will be chosen with casting of lots among the UCB customers having withdrawn mortgage loan “First home” by the end of May. In addition, if they apply for a loan during the promotion period the customers will be relieved from the examination fee.
