• UniCredit is also recognised as Top Employer in Europe at Group level

UniCredit Bulbank was awarded Top Employer 2023 by the Amsterdam-based Top Employers Institute. The recognition that the bank receives yet another consecutive year is based on an assesment of the implemented programs for the development and management of people and hence building a better place to work. For that purpose, the Top Employer Institute conducts and analyzes on an annual basis surveys of the best HR practices, which cover six domains consisting of 20 topics, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

The Top Employers Institute also recognized UniCredit at Group level by certifying the organization as a Top Employer 2023 in Europe. The distinction is thanks to the Bank’s strong dedication to creating a better workplace for its people, promoting diversity, equity and inclusion practices, while providing its workforce with excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

The European level Top Employers Certification was awarded to the Group thanks to the local Certifications achieved by UniCredit banks in Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Serbia and UniCredit S.p.A. Branch in Poland.
