UniCredit Bulbank was chosen Bank of the Year in the 13 edition of the contest, organized by Bank of the Year Association. Traditionally, the bank was also awarded for Biggest Market Share.

According to the jury of experts: "The award is given to the bank which has the best complex performance in the following categroies - Market Share, Efficiency and Dynamics.

"As the biggest bank in Bulgaria we understand our responsibility to support the economy and the society", said the COO of UniCredit Bulbank Mr. Andrea Casini who received the award for Biggest Market Share.

The President of Bulgaria Georgi Parvanov presented with Bank of the Year award to CEO Mr. Levon Hampartzoumian. "We will keep working for more pleased clients, served by pleased employees", promised Mr. Hamparztoumian.
