In the beginning of the year the bank signed an agreement with the Employment Agency for grant financing for a project under Human Resources Development Operational Programme.
UniCredit Bulbank will train 1200 of its employees from the branch network by the end of the year. The project is carried out with the financial support of Human Resources Development Operational Programme and the European Social Fund of the European Union. In the beginning of the year the bank signed an agreement with the Employment Agency for grant financing for a project under Human Resources Development Operational Programme. The project “Dedicated to the customer” is worth BGN 144. The funds approved by the European Union via the European Social Fund amount to 70% of the project value
“Dedicated to the customer” will improve skills related to communication with customers. The training of UniCredit Bulbank’s employees is aimed at maintaining high standards for servicing customers, improving professional skills and key competences of the colleagues in various positions by role play and group work.
The implementation of the project contributes to achieving the overall objective of Human Resources Development Operational Programme – “to improve the quality of life of people in Bulgaria by improvement of human capital, achievement of high levels of employment, improvement of productivity, access to quality education and life-long learning and strengthening social inclusion.” “Dedicated to the customer” project is in line with the training needs of UniCredit Bulbank’s employees.
Improvement of the quality of the work force is a major priority of the bank and is of key importance for the achievement of its long-term objectives. “Dedicated to the customer” project, the successful performance of the activities and the achievement of the planned results will further enhance the effect of EU’s Europe 2020 initiative for ensuring intelligent, sustainable and inclusive growth with high employment levels.
