There will be enough cash in the ATMs during the long holidays

UniCredit Bulbank will work with customers during Easter holidays. The branches located in Metro, Kaufland, Paradise Center, Bulgaria Mall and Customs Office at Sofa Airport will be open. Only the branch located in Metro won’t be open on April 20th 2014 /Sunday/. However, on May 3rd all branches usually open on Saturdays will work according to schedule.

During Easter holidays UniCredit Bulbank will regularly deposit cash in all 700 ATMs all over the country. Thanks to the efficient organization the ATMs of UniCredit Bulbank will have sufficient funds during the bank holidays to cover increased transaction needs. There will also be regular checks whether ATMs are working properly and, if the need arises, technical problems will be solved.

Apart from withdrawing money, customers can make payments via ATMs to more and more traders and public utility companies, paying public utility bills such as central heating, water supply, electricity, telephone, etc. bills.

Cash M is also available to use at the ATMs of UniCredit Bulbank thanks to which all UniCredit Bulbank cardholders can send money to their relatives, friends or acquaintances by card at an ATM. UniCredit Bulbank received the “Most Innovative Bank Product” award in 2013 for launching this service.

UniCredit Bulbank would like to remind all cardholders that debit card withdrawal is for free both in Bulgaria and abroad. We would also like to stress again the good practices to protect your data while using a card:

• Keep the card with due care

• Do not let other people use your card or card details

• Change your PIN immediately after receiving and registering the card

• Cover the keypad with your hand when you withdraw money from an ATM

• Subscribe to the SMS service

• Subscribe to the “Secure Online Payments” service

In case your card is blocked or other problems arise while performing operations on an ATM, customers can call the emergency numbers 02/933 72 12 or 15 21 when calling from a mobile phone.
