The bank will supply cash to all 700 ATMs on a regular basis so that there are sufficient funds during the Christmas holidays

UniCredit Bulbank will work with customers during the Christmas holidays. On 21st December /Saturday/ which is a working day as well as on 27th and 30th December all bank branches will be open. On 28th December only the branches operating on Saturdays according to the schedule will be open. During the rest of the Christmas holidays the branches located in Mall Paradise Center, Bulgaria Mall, Kaufland and Metro will be open. The locations in Technopolis will operate only on 30th December.

During the Christmas holidays UniCredit Bulbank will replenish with cash all 700 ATMs across the country. Thanks to the bank’s efficient organization, ATMs will have sufficient funds during the bank holidays so that increased transaction needs can be covered. There will also be regular checks whether ATMs are working properly and, if the need arises, technical problems will be solved.

The number of UniCredit Bulbank’s ATMs increased by 8%, reaching 700 on the territory of the country, as 23 of them can be used to deposit cash, and 550 provide cardholders with 24-hour access to their accounts. Apart from withdrawing money, customers can use ATMs to pay utility bills such as central heating, water supply, electricity, phone, etc. bills. Customers can also subscribe to “Secure Online Payments” service 24/7 - it is easy and for free.

UniCredit Bulbank would like to remind all cardholders that debit card withdrawal is for free both in Bulgaria and abroad. We would also like to stress again the good practices to protect your data while using a card:

• Keep the card with due care

• Do not let other people use your card or card details

• Change your PIN immediately after receiving and registering the card

• Cover the keypad with your hand when you withdraw money from an ATM

• Subscribe to the SMS service

• Subscribe to the “Secure Online Payments” service
