The new service simplifies the application process and clients visit the branch only to utilize the loan

UniCredit Bulbank starts a new service – online consultancy on consumer loans up to BGN 50,000. By filling in a short online form on UniCredit Bulbank’s website, applicants for consumer loans may request a personal offer.

A bank consultant will then contact the client on the phone with information on the particular proposal and the size of the monthly installment for the desired amount. If the client is interested, he/she may apply immediately on the phone and will receive an answer within 24 hours.

In this way the application process is made easier and clients have to visit the branch just once – to utilize the funds and sign the respective documents.

The new service is part of UniCredit Bulbank’s concept for development of alternative banking channels. Thus, for example, the clients of the bank who use its online banking service, Bulbank Online, may open accounts and apply for overdrafts, consumer loans or credit cards directly through their profile.

At the end of last year, UniCredit Bulbank launched also its mobile banking application, Bulbank Mobile. Through it clients have access to their accounts straight from their mobile phones.
