• UniCredit Group wins another award in the region – Zagrebačka banka is the "Best Bank for Private Banking" in Croatia

UniCredit Bulbank has been recognized as the best bank in the field of Private Banking by the international media PWM/The Banker for 2022. This year, a group of leading experts in the industry selected the winners from among the applications of 120 banks from 50 countries. The awarded organizations are evaluated on various indicators, such as asset allocation, innovation, growth strategies, customer service, responsible and sustainable management and others.

"UniCredit Bulbank constantly aims to improve customer service by focusing on their needs in clusters, providing individual financial solutions and services and introducing new partners in asset management," commented Borislav Genov, Director of Retail Banking and member of the management board of UniCredit Bulbank.

In recent years, sustainable investing has been one of the focuses of the financial institution, which offers increasing opportunities in this direction for its clients. This naturally stimulated the bank to introduce sustainable investment ratings for some of its investment products. “As the bank with a rich green loans portfolio in the country, at UniCredit Bulbank, we follow two principles: first, lead by example, via implementing our own environmental, social and governance strategy as part of the business strategy and, second, develop the tools and products to enhance the transition of our clients,” says Mr Genov.
