• The preferential conditions with which the clients can finance their purchases around New Year will be valid both for the loans disbursed by the Bank and by UniCredit Consumer Financing

Consumer loans under preferential conditions will be disbursed by UniCredit Bulbank and UniCredit Consumer Financing until the end of March 2011. In this way the clients will be able to finance their shopping for the holidays at lower than the standard interest.

For the consumer loans in euro UniCredit Bulbank’s proposal is for 0.5% lower interest compared to the standard one (according to the applicable Interest Bulletin of the Bank as of the day of disbursal of the loan), for client who use or buy Unico package program for individuals with activated at least one utility payment and Home Property Insurance. Every client can choose his/her most convenient variety of the Unico Programs, Unico Light at the moment also being at preferential price of BGN 4 per month. Additionally, the bank relieves its clients from the standard examination fee for the loan application.

The BGN consumer loans disbursed by UniCredit Consumer Financing willl also be offered with 0.5% discount from the standard interest (as per the Credit calculator of the company), again under the condition that the clients use a package program and property insurance. In the beginning of December UniCredit Consumer Financing comitted itself to donate to SOS Children’s villages BGN 1 for every disbursed loan.

Example, against a monthly installment of BGN 92 the client gets:

- consumer loan amounting to EUR 3,000 for covering the costs before and after the holidays;

- Life insurance, guarantying security during the term of the loan;

- current account without fee for opening, closing and monthly maintenance;

- debit card without fees;

- online banking;

- up to three utility payments;

- property insurance for the amount of up to BGN 10,000
