UniCredit Leasing has been confirmed again the No. 1 leasing company in Europe. The recognition comes from the official Ranking of Top European Leasing Companies, published by Leaseurope.

According to the most recent survey of Leaseurope, the European Federation of National Leasing Associations, UniCredit Leasing has been confirmed also for 2008 the number one in the European Leasing industry. The leading position has been awarded in terms of total new business volume (EUR 12,7 billion) and total stock of leased assets of over EUR 38 billion.

Leaseurope brings together 47 member associations in 34 countries, which altogether represent over 2,500 leasing companies. They cover 96% of the European leasing market.

UniCredit Leasing has become a truly international company with strong local roots. The creation of an effective network of leasing is granted by the establishment of local operative companies, in 17 European countries, as well as by the close cooperation with the local banks of UniCredit Group.
