This is the Group’s second international program for young talents from CEE
With the second edition of UniCredit Retail MBA UniCredit Group offers an excellent opportunity for setting a solid foundation for a career in the banking industry, especially retail. Applications will be received until 15 July.
UniCredit Retail MBA offers a unique opportunity to blend theory with experience and provides students a high quality mix of analytical and problem-solving skills required to succeed in the retail sector. With over 2 500 MBA programs offered worldwide, the UniCredit MBA is unique in that it is significantly focused on financial retail activities and its ever-changing and ever-evolving sector.
The program is divided into three main areas:
General Management – provides the basics to successfully manage a business organization;
Finance and Banking and Service and Retail Management – present the tools enabling the understanding of financial markets and financial instruments, as well as enrich participants' expertise needed in the field of the retail industry and financial organizations.
The program is also intended to provide career development activities, language courses (Italian and Business English), and a three-month internship at a Retail Division in one of UniCredit Group subsidiaries. Outstanding graduates from the UniCredit MBA will also have the chance to be considered for placement in managerial positions within the UniCredit Group.
Prospective students should possess an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution, between 3 and 5 years of qualified work experience, not exclusively in the banking or financial sector. Particular emphasis is placed on the international exposure of the applicants. The program is taught in English, therefore candidates must be proficient in English..

The tuition fee is EUR 25 thousand, and it includes study materials, tutoring for selected courses and use of Alma Graduate School facilities. Every year thanks to the support of its partners, Alma Graduate School offers full and partial merit-based scholarships. Moreover, thanks to an agreement between Alma Graduate School and UniCredit, candidates for the UniCredit MBA are also eligible to apply for low-interest and long-term student loans. First edition 2008
2008/2009 UniCredit MBA class is made of students coming from Bulgaria, Austria, Hungary, Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia and Ukraine. The average age is 29 years old, and the average years of working experience – 5 years. 50% of the 2008/2009 UniCredit MBA class have an academic background in Finance and Economics, the remaining half in Engineering, Political Science, Marketing, Law, Mathematics and Physics, Philology, Pedagogy and Computer Science.
