UniCredit: Fitch & Moody's affirmed UniCredit SpA’s ratings and outlook

The Rating Agency Moody's has affirmed UniCredit SpA’s deposit and senior debt ratings at ‘Baa1/P-2’.

The outlook remains stable.

The BCA/ stand-alone rating was affirmed at ‘baa3’.

The Rating Agency Fitch Ratings has affirmed the ‘BBB’ Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (‘IDR’), ‘F2’ Short-Term Rating and ‘bbb’ Viability (i.e. standalone).

The outlook has been affirmed at negative.

Ratings for SNP, Tier2 and AT1 which have been under criteria observation (‘UCO’) due to update in Banking Rating Methodology, have been resolved. SNP will be rated ‘BBB-‘, Tier 2 ‘BB+’ and AT1 ‘BB-‘.
