18 offices on duty will serve customers of the bank on the non-business days

UniCredit Bulbank will serve customers during the September holidays. Between 4th and 6th September included, as well as from 22nd to 25th September included, there will be 18 offices of the bank on duty serving customers in Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv, Burgas, Stara Zagora, Blagoevgrad, Pleven, Ruse and Veliko Tarnovo.

Some of the working bank branches are located in Kaufland, Metro and Technopolis stores. In the capital city, there will be working branches in the shopping malls as well. The branch office in Bulgaria Mall will be open from 9:30h to 20:45h, and the one in Paradise Center and The Mall – from 10:00h to 20:30h. The working hours of the branch office at Sofia Airport Customs are from 10:00h to 13:00h.

During the holidays UniCredit Bulbank will regularly replenish all its ATMs across the country, which are a little more than 750.

During the September holidays and not only then, customers will be able to use also the 44 BNAs (terminals enabling withdrawals and deposits), which are available 24/7. There cardholders can perform the usual banking operations – cash withdrawal and deposit, order of transfers, payment of bills, obtaining information and assistance with regard to the used banking products and services, etc.

UniCredit Bulbank would like to remind all of its cardholders that debit card withdrawals from ATMs of UniCredit are free of charge, both in Bulgaria and abroad. For security reasons, we would like to remind you of the following good practices for protection of your personal details when using your bank card:

• Keep your card with the appropriate care and attention;
• The card and the card details should always be used personally by the cardholder;
• Change the PIN at an ATM immediately after receiving the card and memorize the PIN;
• Upon cash withdrawals from ATMs always cover the keypad with your hand when you enter the PIN;
• Subscribe the card for the SMS notification service;
• Subscribe the card for the Secure Online Payments Service.
