The award was won after voting over the Internet, after which the largest bank in the country won 8 thousand votes
UniCredit Bulbank won the award for the Bank of the Client at the annual ranking, held by the Bank of the Year Association. The winner is determined after a free vote over the Internet. The Bank received 8 thousand of a total of 25,3 thousand submitted votes.
The Chief Executive Director of the Bank, Levon Hampartzoumian, received the prize during the official awarding ceremony, which took place on the evening of 27 June.
“For a second year in a row, we were nominated as the Bank of the Client. This is the only award, which is determined only through the vote of our clients on-line. For us, this means that despite the difficulties in the economic environment, we succeeded in being closer to our clients, in supporting them, and offering them products and services, meeting their individual demands”, Levon Hampartzoumian commented.
Recently, UniCredit Bulbank was also nominated as the best bank in Bulgaria by the “Banks Investment Money” Foundation. The award for the most profitable bank was also given to UniCredit Bulbank.
