18 bank offices will serve customers during the holidays on 23 and 24 May

UniCredit Bulbank will serve customers during the holidays on 23 and 24 May. There will be 18 bank offices in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Ruse, Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo, Stara Zagora and Blagoevgrad that will be at disposal to the customers on special working hours.

During the two days, most of the offices with locations at Metro stores will be open from 8:30 to 19:30. Exceptions are the branches in Metro 2, Stara Zagora Metro and Pleven Metro, which will serve customers from 10:30 to 19:00. The offices in Kaufland stores will work between 8:00 and 19:30.

On 23 and 24 May the branch in Bulgaria Mall will be open from 9:30 to 20:45, and the ones in Paradise Center and The Mall – from 10:00 to 20:30. The working hours of the branch at Sofia Airport Customs are from 8:30 to 18:00.

During the holidays UniCredit Bulbank will serve all, over 750, ATMs across the country. Organization is in place to ensure quick fixing of technical failures of the ATMs and timely cash replenishment depending on withdrawal turnovers. The customers will have at their disposal also 40 ATMs with deposit functionality with 24/7 access. There the customers could perform the usual banking operations – cash withdrawal and deposit, order of transfers, payment of bills, obtaining information and assistance with regard to the used banking products and services, etc.

UniCredit Bulbank would like to remind all of its cardholders that debit card withdrawals from ATMs of UniCredit are free of charge – both in Bulgaria and abroad. In addition, please take notice of the below listed good practices for protection of your personal details when using your bank card:

• Keep your card with the appropriate care and attention;
• The card and the card details should always be used personally by the cardholder;
• Change the PIN at an ATM immediately after receiving the card and memorize the PIN;
• Upon cash withdrawals from ATMs always put your hand over the keypad when you enter the PIN;
• Subscribe the card for the SMS notification service;
• Subscribe the card for the Secure Online Payments Service.
