The cash management unit of the Bank is part of the transaction banking department established in May 2007 headed by Mr. Mladen Zapryanov

UniCredit Bulbank is the best bank in the field of cash management in the country, according to ranking of the prestigious international magazine Euromoney. Every year the specialized edition ranks the best financial institutions in the field of cash management in the various countries. In addition to UniCredit Bulbank in Bulgaria, UniCredit Group won the leader’s position in cash management thanks to cash management Austria, Croatia and Slovenia with its banks in these countries.

More than 13,000 companies took part in the survey, and specifically the services offered by UniCredit Bulbank in the field of cash management were assessed by leading international and Bulgarian companies in the field of food industry, insurance, financial services, telecommunications, etc. The informants had the chance to specify which products and services they use and whether they are satisfied with the service received from the Bank.

Transaction banking business line was set up in UniCredit Group in the beginning of 2007, and in UniCredit Bulbank – in May 2007. Transaction business is defined by UniCredit as crucial for the future of corporate banking. In general transaction banking includes trade financing, cash management and correspondence relations.
