UniCredit Bulbank launched its annual internship programme. University students and young professionals who would like to embark on a career in the financial sector are eligible to take part in the programme.

During the entire 2019 applicants can make their choice and apply for an internship in UniCredit Bulbank, UniCredit Leasing, UniCredit Factoring, UniCredit Consumer Financing and UniCredit Insurance Broker.

Three of the greatest advantages of the program are:

• Development of professional expertise in a real business environment in a financial institution with leadership market positions and established high working standards

Investing in people is a key priority for UniCredit and one of the main principles of the bank group. This is why internships in the largest bank in Bulgaria are all about hands-on experience. The aim of the internship programme is to strengthen the link between business and education.

340 interns took part in the internship programme of UniCredit Bulbank in 2018, and more than 34% of them were appointed to permanent positions. In addition, last year UniCredit Bulbank strengthened its position as one of the best employers in the country.  The bank received the Top employer award from the Amsterdam-based Top Employers Institute for a third year in a row.

During the internship the young professionals will gain practical experience in an environment with established various professional practices.  They will be supported by experts from the bank during the entire period.
