Starting today, until 18th October all university students who have recently graduated can apply for participation in the Impact Programme of UniCredit. It gives young people with a passion for learning the unique opportunity to get a first-hand experience of the banking activity from different angles. They will do so by occupying consecutively three positions in different countries where the Group operates. Thus, the participants in Impact will take a closer look at the various business areas of the bank, they will acquire valuable skills and competences and will create professional contacts. 

“The programme is a unique opportunity for young people and I strongly encourage them to apply. It is organized as a rotation in different positions and will offer direct access to management skills, professional experience, and a 360-degree view of our business and our processes. Apart from all that, all participants will have an individual plan for development and training. After that, they will be able to continue their career at some of our main centers at Group level”, said Mr. Federico Bedini, Head of Human Resources Department of UniCredit Bulbank.

The requirements to the applicants, apart from recent university graduation or graduation scheduled for 2021, also include: excellent grades during the last two years, professional experience/a work placement in the respective field; similar international experience; excellent knowledge of English; ability to work on a full-time basis and possibility for international mobility.
