A statuette was given for expressing gratitude to Massimo Francese, Executive Director of UniCredit Consumer Financing, on the occasion of the social campaign “Together we turn children’s dreams into reality”.

UniCredit Consumer Financing received an award for its long-term donating to support SOS Children’s Villages. The National Executive Director of SOS Children’s Villages Bulgaria Plamen Stoyanov awarded a statuette for expressing gratitude to Massimo Francese, Executive Director of UniCredit Consumer Financing, on the occasion of the social campaign “Together we turn children’s dreams into reality”. The award was given in relation to the BGN 14,000 donation made by UniCredit Consumer Financing to SOS Children’s Villages Bulgaria.

The award ceremony was held during the special edition of “P.O. Box for Fairy Tales”, dedicated to the 25th jubilee of SOS Children’s Villages. In the last 5 years, UniCredit Consumer Financing is one of the biggest donors to the organization for social development.

Borislav Genov, Chief Director of the Sales Department of UniCredit Consumer Financing handed over the 2015 donation cheque to Plamen Stoyanov and Mariyan Dyankov, Head of Dren SOS Children’s Village.

“We are extremely satisfied because of the fact that again this year, with the help of our partners, we were able to support SOS Children’s Villages Bulgaria. We are honoured to be one of the long-standing supporters of the campaign for helping the disadvantaged children in Bulgaria. Investing in the young people is a part of the mission of UniCredit for support and development of the local communities”, Massimo Francese said.

The partnership between UniCredit Consumer Financing and SOS Children’s Villages started back in 2010, and 11 donation campaigns have taken place so far. Taking into consideration the contribution of its partners and UniCredit Foundation, UniCredit Consumer Financing is one of the biggest donors to the campaign for the partnership period.

SOS Children’s Villages ensures that there is a family and a healthy environment for the development and the growing of the children deprived of parental care and for the children in risk of losing the support of their parents. The association enables these children to grow in a family, in an environment of love, trust and security.
