UniCredit Consumer Financing donated one lev for every loan disbursed in December 2010 in support to the charity cause. One of the biggest consumer financing companies in the country joined the most generous donors of SOS Children’s Villages Bulgaria for 2010.

On January 24, in the Children’s village in the town of Dren, UniCredit Consumer Financing’s Executive Director Pierre Yves Guegan handed in to Plamen Stoyanov – National Director of SOS Children’s Villages Bulgaria a donation cheque with the collected funds from the campaign and visited one SOS family living there.

„We are proud that together with our clients and partners we managed to achieve a successful campaign in support to that noble donation cause. We hope this will be the beginning of a successful cooperation and the first out of many joint campaigns and projects”, said Guegan.

The collected amount will be sufficient for covering the one-month expenses for foods and clothes of the families in the SOS village in the town of Dren.

SOS Children’s Villages Bulgaria takes care of over 700 children deprived of parental support, as well as children at risk of losing their family environment. In these protected villages the children find love, care and security, living in true families together with their foster parents.
