On the occasion of the 5th anniversary of Photo Cafe, the gallery for contemporary art, UniCredit Studio, displayed the exhibition “Contrasts from the Coastline”.
Elena and Ivan Maslarovi's own exhibition, realized in partnership with Sofia Municipality, was opened in Crystal Garden. The exhibition presents one fascinating face of the Amalfi coast. The colorful scenery that we are used to seeing there is presented by means of black-and-white film photography.
The event was attended by guests, friends and admirers of contemporary art who enjoyed the congenial atmosphere, the sun and the inspiring photographs.
“We are grateful to UniCredit Studio for placing their trust in us for a second time to do an exhibition. We really appreciate the support the studio provides to young talents”, Ivan Maslarov, author of the exhibition, said at the opening. 3 years ago, he and Elena presented a photography exhibition dedicated to Venice at UniCredit Studio.
“The Amalfi coast is a true explosion of colors. Being travelers with a different attitude to things, we chose an unusual perspective because we’ve always said that photography is not only about seeing,” added the author.
“We are happy that we can share the beauty and emotion. Each journey is an emotion worth experiencing”, said Elena Maslarova.
The “Contrasts from the Coastline” exhibition can be seen by 4th May in Crystal Garden.
