UniCredit Studio traveled and presented the Contrasts exhibition, part of the eight edition of the Month of Photography Festival 2017. UniCredit Bulbank is a partner of the event for the sixth consecutive year.

The Contrasts exhibition was opened in the Photosynthesis Gallery in Varna.  It includes a selection of the best photographs of the members of the National Association Academy of Photography in Bulgaria.  

“Since UniCredit Bulbank became a partner of the Month of Photography there are events from its programme happening across the country. These are significant cultural projects, so in March the Month of Photography was awarded the label “Europe for Festivals, Festivals for Europe” which put it among the significant events in Europe,” said during the opening Yuri Treyman, one of the main organizers of the Month of Photography.

“I am grateful to the traveling UniCredit Studio for supporting the exceptional Contrasts exhibition,” added Treyman.  

The Contrasts exhibition shows how extraordinary routine activities from our everyday life can be.  The exhibition provokes a discussion about contrast not only as a term in photography, but also about the contrasts in society, in the views of the different generations and about the contrasts between the classical and contemporary forms of photography.  

The photographs from the Contrasts exhibition will be presented in Chile, in the Natural History Museum in Concepcion.
