UniCredit Bulbank is delighted to launch a brand new Bulbank Online website for its more than 45 thousand digital users. The new look of the website is redesigned on the basis of customer feedback and follows the latest customer experience trends.

Some of the new features of the website are:

• A new look with simplified menus and easier navigation tailored to completely fulfill the expectations of today’s digital users;     
• The information is visualized in a new, easier and simpler way. Customers can make a quick check of the information related to the products they use, payments, transfers, etc.
• Payments are made easily and intuitively thanks to the Quick Transfer advisor specifically created for this purpose which recognizes the type of transfers by itself;
• The new mobile version of Bulbank Online can be used on a smartphone or tablet.

The use of a dynamic password upon login provides the new Internet banking website with better security. User access is thus further secured because upon login the system requires not only a username and password but also an additional one-off password generated by an SMS or M-token. All these features entirely meet the provisions of the Payment Services Directive (PSD2) and at the same time strengthen security levels substantially.
