NOTICE

Dear Sirs,

Hereby we would like to inform you that "Unicredit Bulbank" AD as a Depository Bank of DF "Standard Investment High Yield Fund", DF "Standard Investment Balanced Fund", DF "Standard Investment International Fund" and DF "Standard Investment Conservative Fund" ( mutual funds), performing by exception the management activities on behalf of and for the account of the aforementioned mutual funds pursuant to Article 26, paragraph 3 of ZDKISDPKI, has decided to suspend the redemption of their units based on Article 22, paragraph 1 of ZDKISDPKI, as of 09.07.2012 and until a new asset management company has been appointed by UniCredit Bulbank and approved by Financial Supervision Commission.
