There were 4 days of training for every employee in the bank on average for the previous year

UniCredit Bulbank was recognized with the award “Employer of Choice” for 2012 during the annual ceremony of the Bulgarian Human Resources Management and Development association.

The award was presented to Iskra Dimitrova, Senior Manager "Training and Development" at UniCredit Bulbank by Svetla Stoeva, chairman of the Bulgarian Association for Human Resources Management.

The prize is given mainly for the learning, employer branding and development initiatives that the HR Department implemented in 2012 – such as the internship program, the overall business training programs, leadership trainings for young talents, middle and executive management, etc.
