In the video of his new song VenZy uses the newest contactless card, Visa Electron, issued by UniCredit Bulbank. The card is now part of the everyday life of the young singer. He himself boasted about being able to shop faster now.

Besides Visa Electron, Visa Classic, MasterCard Standard, Debit MasterCard and V Pay cards are part of the contactless cards portfolio of UniCredit Bulbank. The number of people who prefer paying by contactless cards continues to increase due to the comfort and the shortened time to pay at cash-desks. As of September 2014 more than 190 thousand UniCredit Bulbank customers have contactless debit and credit cards.

The number of POS terminals at which such payments can be made increases in parallel with the number of users of contactless cards. UniCredit Bulbank has already installed more than 2,000 contactless POS terminals in the whole country. According to data from international card organizations there are more than 80 million contactless cards on the European market which can be serviced at more than 1.4 million contactless terminals.

Holders of the new debit and credit cards can buy products contactlessly at POS terminals without entering a PIN code for transactions of up to BGN 25 and without a signature on the receipt. Payments can be made in the same manner for transactions exceeding BGN 25: the only requirement is entering a PIN code.
