The freelance photographer Yana Lozeva held a one-person photographic exhibition at UniCredit Studio.
The exhibition is the second one displayed within the fifth Fotofabrika Festival.
It focuses on human beings and their vulnerability. According to Emi Baruh, Director of Fotofabrika, Yana Lozeva’s photographs presented at UniCredit Studio teach us how to feel.
“Our task is to help young artists who have a lot to show us. We are glad that we can we can provide them with a modern space in Sofia city center where young people's talent can be demonstrated”, Mr. Levon Hampartzoumian, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board of UniCredit Bulbank said during the exhibition opening.
“We have received support from UniCredit Bulbank since Fotofabrika was organised. We are extremely thankful to UniCredit Bulbank because in this way young and talented artists like Yana Lozeva are given the opportunity to express themselves. The fact that such an institution supports art can produce only positive effects”, Emi Baruh said.
Yana Lozeva also expressed her gratitude towards Fotofabrika Festival and UniCredit Studio.
“Without your support this exhibition would not have been possible. It was a challenge for me and I am glad that it became reality”, the young artist added.
UniCredit Studio visitors will see that Yana Lozeva is one of those photographers who are unwilling to pass by strangers in the street with indifference. She finds a reason to fall in love with people, revealing their vulnerability in the details of everyday life. Come to me exhibition displays a gamut of all these emotions.
The exhibition shows that Yana Lozeva's loving gaze through the camera lens connects with people, which gives her photographs a personal and intimate touch.
Come to me exhibition runs until 19th May and is open on weekdays from 10 am to 7 pm, Saturday from 11 am to 9 pm at UniCredit Studio (7, Sveta Nedelya Square, on the left side of the entrance of the head office).
