UniCredit Bulbank has started paying out dividends for the reporting year 2014. The decision for distribution of dividends was adopted at the General Meeting of Shareholders of UniCredit Bulbank held on May 12th, 2015. UniCredit Bulbank distributes BGN 80,552,363.23 out of its profit for 2014 for payment of dividends to its shareholders, proportionately to the number of the shares they hold. (BGN 0.28187172 per share);

For individual shareholders, dividends will be paid out at all branches of the bank.
