Sponsorship and Donations
What are the projects that we support?
We give priority to projects which meet the criteria for support and business strategy of the Bank. To ensure correctness and expert assessment we prefer to establish institutional partnerships and to engage with sponsorship rather than to make individual donations. It is important that the partners have proven reputation.
We support also short-term projects that are not covered by our sponsorship and donation policy. We prefer to launch initiatives with a limited number of partners and exclusively in the financial sector. Projects which are directly aimed at generating profit are not subject to our policy on corporate social responsibility.
We will be glad to review new proposals for sponsorship or support of essential public events, ideas or programmes which correspond to our policy.
Principles of partnership
We are proud of each successfully implemented project and of each partnership which we have established. We do not pursue unnecessary ostentation but strive to be transparent and responsible to the customers, partners, employees and local communities in respect of the initiatives in which we invest funds and time.
All proposals for partnership that we receive are important for us and therefore we pay particular attention to each of them.
We are not able to support all valuable projects which are known to us but you can consider another way to support your initiative with our help (other than financial support). Bank professionals, economic analysts and experienced experts who are both well known in the financial sector and are active public figures and volunteers work in UniCredit Bulbank. We will be glad to share with you our experience, emotions and knowledge.
