How can I request via Bulbank Mobile delivery of my reissued debit card to a convenient address in Bulgaria?
As a user of Bulbank Mobile you have the option to choose where to receive your reissued debit card in Bulgaria - at your convenient address or in a branch of the bank. The option will be visible 2 months before the validity of the card expires and will no longer be available 1 month prior to the date of expiry.
Which cards can be renewed?
Currently the service is accessible for expiring VISA Electron, V Pay, V Pay Donna and V Pay Lukoil debit cards, which will be renewed as Visa Debit. The scope of the service will gradually expand to include more card brands and types.
Do the conditions I used previously on the card still apply?
Yes, all price conditions on your card are preserved.
How can I get my expiring debit card renewed via Bulbank Mobile?
If your debit card is due to expire in the next two months, you have two possible ways to renew it via Bulbank Mobile:
- From the pop-up message with information about debit card renewal when you log in to Bulbank Mobile:
- On the home screen you will receive a one-time message with information about the card, which can be renewed;
- After you select the card, you should fill in the necessary data for renewal and receipt of the new card at your convenient address or in a branch of the bank in Bulgaria;
- Review and confirm the information using your PIN code for access to Bulbank Mobile and you are done!
- When you use the option “Card renewal” under the expiring debit card in the Cards menu:
- Select the card which is due to expire;
- Press the option in blue “Card renewal” and fill in the necessary data for renewal and receipt of the new card at your convenient address or in a branch of the bank in Bulgaria;
- Review and confirm the information using your PIN code for access to Bulbank Mobile and you are done!
