How can I see the dynamic password?
The dynamic password is received in Bulbank Mobile when making a payment for purchases with a bank card online.
After you have entered your personal and card details on the merchant’s website and confirm the payment, an automatic process starts for customer verification and a new window opens with the logo of BORICA AD, UniCredit Bulbank and the logos of VISA Secure or Mastercard ID Check, with brief information for the payment.
The unique digital password for a specific payment is available in Bulbank Mobile and is valid for 10 minutes. Log into the app and copy the password. The payment is finalized after correct entering of the dynamic password on the visualized screen and a message for a successful payment.
In case you have not subscribed your card to receive a dynamic password before initiating the payment, the payment will be rejected and the screen for entering a dynamic password will not appear. To make a payment, you have to subscribe your card for a dynamic password in Bulbank Mobile and restart the payment process.
