What type of payments can I perform?
You can make the following types of payments via Bulbank Mobile:
Internal bank transfer
- Transfer of funds between personal accounts
- Transfers between accounts of various beneficiaries in UniCredit Bulbank
Interbank Transfers
- Interbank transfers in BGN – via BISERA and RINGS systems
- Interbank transfer in EUR (SEPA) - euro payments to European Union member states and European Economic Area countries and domestic payments in EUR
- Payment to the state budget
- Payment of utility bills
Instant payments (BLINK) in BGN under the BLINK scheme of the National Card and Payment Scheme, which is part of BORICA AD.
- Speed - interbank transfers executed within 10 seconds
- Availability - around the clock 365 days a year, even on holidays and weekends
Instant payments are:
- Credit BLINK transfer in BGN from/to an account with another payment service provider in Bulgaria part of BLINK scheme.
- Transfer limit up to 30 000 BGN per transfer in Bulbank Mobile.

Daily limits for transfers via Bulbank Mobile
Intrabank and interbank transfers
- The standard daily limit for ordering intrabank and interbank transfers is BGN 30 000, or its equivalent in EUR.
- The total amount of all payments made by a customer in one day may not exceed BGN 30 000, or its equivalent in EUR.

For transfers of amounts equal to or higher than EUR 15,000 (or its equivalent according to the currency of the account), it is required to provide a declaration on the origin of funds pursuant to Art.66, para. 2 of the Measures Against Money Laundering Act.

Transfers between own accounts
The limit for transfers between own accounts in Bulbank Mobile is removed.
- For transfers between own accounts of amounts equal to or higher than EUR 15,000 (or its equivalent according to the currency of the account), it is required to provide a declaration on the origin of funds pursuant to Art.66, para. 2 of the Measures Against Money Laundering Act.
- The declaration available in the menu “Payments” -> section “Between own accounts” in Bulbank Mobile.
