Activation and use of the service - BBO
The Digital document exchange platform (DDE) is an innovative solution that upgrades the way you exchange documents with UniCredit Bulbank.
The key advantages of the platforms are:
- Quickly and efficiently exchange documents with the Bank;
- Securely, confidentially and reliably send and receive documents;
- Easy access at any time and from anywhere, without the need to visit a bank branch;
- No need for hard copy for the benefit of the environment;
- E-sign with your own QES or with a one-time QES generated in the Platform
- 24/7 access to a detailed history of all your documents exchanged with the Bank on the Platform;
- Completely free registration and use for the Bank's legal entity (LE) customers
In order to use the functionalities of the Platform you need to be granted access rights. For this purpose, you need to fill in digitally or on paper a Request for Use of Electronic Document Exchange Platform /Digital documents exchange platform (DDE)/ for Legal Entities (LE) and contact your service banker at UniCredit Bulbank to assist you in registering as a user.
You can also use UniCredit Bulbank's current capabilities for remote signing of documents using a certified QES*.
*Qualified Electronic Signature - issued by a Certification Service Provider in accordance with the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act (EDESA).
