What information do I see on the home screen?
After you log into your profile in Bulbank Online, you can see the following information on the home screen:
- Basic information for the bank products you use, grouped by type.
- Last movements on your accounts.
- Messages sent by the bank via Bulbank Online (in the top right corner of the home screen).
Navigation bar
The navigation bar (the left part of the screen) contains the following buttons:
- Home - quick access to the home screen of the service, containing information for the bank products you use.
- Payments - making bank transfers and payment of utility bills.
- Utility payments - payment of your utilities.
- Accounts - overview of the accounts you own.
- Cards - overview of the debit and credit cards you own.
- Loans - overview of the loan products you own.
- Savings and investments - access the details of your savings and investments.
- Investments and markets - place orders for securities buy and sell, check and keep track of the orders and transactions from your wallet.
- Requests - for requesting various bank products.
- Consents management - get information and manage (confirm, terminate or continue) your consents with an Account Information Service Provider and a Payment Services Provider that issues payment instruments.
- Contact us - important phone numbers for contacting the bank.
- Locations - branch and ATM locator.
- Exchange rates - exchange rates and currency calculator.
- Tariff and documents - Indiciduals and Entities Tariff, corrections, templates and general terms and conditions, technical requirements and security recommendations.
