I have entered a wrong password a few times. What should I do?

When you enter Bulbank Online for the first time, use your username and password issued by the bank.

You must replace the password you have been given by the bank with a password you can remember. Your new password should be between 8 and 30 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number. The password must be written in Latin script.

You can change your username and/or password from Settings >> My data >> Change of Username/password menu after logging on to your Bulbank Online account.
