What Does the Product Represent?

Guarantee programme aims to enhance access to finance to enterprises in the cultural and creative sector, thus supporting the thriving, flexible, creative and cultural economy. Eligible are all cultural, artistic and creative activities and education. The cultural and creative sector includes architecture, libraries, museums, arts and crafts, audio-visual effects, tangible and intangible cultural heritage, design, festivals, music, literature, performing arts, publishing, radio and visual art, etc.

Investment limit; Working capital limit with repayment schedule; Revolving credit line

Minimum credit line maturity: 12 months
Inclusion period: till 28.04.2025
Guarantee Coverage Period: till 28.04.2037
Credit currency – BGN, EUR
Guarantee percentage 50%

Purpose

Eligible for:

Micro-, Small- and Medium-Sized Enterprises (with average number of employees up to 249) and
Small Mid-Caps enterprises with up to 499 employees (on a group level), as well as
Small Public Enterprises (according to the meaning of Bulgarian Legislation for Public Enterprises)

What type of activities are not eligible?

All activities prohibited by EU - illegible economic activities, including cloning of people aiming at reproduction; production and trade with tobacco and alcoholic beverages and their derivative products; manufacturing and trade with any kinds of weapon and munitions; internet gambling, online casinos or pornography; cloning of people for research or therapeutic purposes; genetically modified organisms (GMO), etc.

May I use the credit for refinancing my old credits?

Refinancing is not eligible; the credit is not eligible to finance second-hand asset purchases.
