- A sudden and unexpected illness and/or accident that results in limited ability to work.
- Sudden illness, accident or death of a close relative.
- Pregnancy of the insured person.
- Unexpected termination of the insured's employment by the employer and many others.
Characteristics
Subject of insurance
IconThe insurance provides cover for expenses incurred in the event of cancellation of a ticket for an organised event such as a concert, theatre performance or otherwise.
The insurance covers an amount that will not be reimbursed by the organizer of the event after an insured event occurs that prevents the insured person from attending.
Limit
IconThe maximum ticket amount is up to BGN 1500.
Validity
IconThe insurance is valid for events worldwide.
Term
IconThe insurance is valid from inception and ends at the start of the event unless:
- The start date of the event is more than 31 days from the date of insurance;
- Are booked up to 3 days from the date of insurance.
Price of insurance
IconThe insurance premium is a fixed percentage (4%) of the value of the ticket purchased.
Questions and answers
You must provide the insurer with the documents related to an insured event necessary to determine and prove the insurance claim.
Up to the value of the insured ticket for an organised event, up to a maximum of BGN 1500 per ticket.
The time limit for payment of the indemnity is up to 15 days from the day on which the insured has provided the last document required by the insurer. The amount is refunded by bank transfer.
