Notification of changes in the General Terms and Conditions for electronic banking in Bulbank Online and Bulbank Mobile - effective from 25.12.2024
Dear customers,
We would like to inform you that on 25.12.2024 changes in the General Terms and Conditions of UniCredit Bulbank AD for the provision of electronic banking services "Bulbank Online" and "Bulbank Mobile" will come into force.
The change is related to certain provisions concerning the manner of requesting inclusion, exclusion and changes, including changes in customer data, in the Bulbank Online channel and/or its functionalities, which can be made not only by a paper request submitted at the Bank's branches, but in certain cases remotely. Over the last few years, the rapid evolution in the Bank's digital channels has provided new opportunities for users such as remote update/change of user data, inclusion of a new user, request for additional services.
By providing this notification, UniCredit Bulbank AD fulfils its obligation as a payment service provider, pursuant to Article 62 of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act, to inform its customers (payment service users) with a two-month notice of impending changes in the terms of the framework agreement concluded between them.
The Bank hereby informs the payment service users that it considers that they have accepted the changes in the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement, unless they notify the Bank that they do not accept these changes before the date on which the changes become effective. In the event that payment service users do not accept the changes, the Bank shall inform them that they shall be entitled to terminate the framework contract and the accompanying contracts immediately before the date on which the changes are proposed to take effect, without liability for costs and damages.
