Announcement for upcoming changes in Tariff for Individual clients - 02.01.2019

Dear clients,

We would like to clarify that the safekeeping fee for Non-professional clients (subject to VAT) in art. 5 of XI. Order Execution and Transaction Services is quoted on an annual basis, while the payment liability will be calculated and collected on a monthly basis on the grounds of the market value of the securities, which are kept with UniCredit Bulbank AD, calculated as of the last day of the month.
