Ekaterina Panayotova is Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of UniCredit Consumer Financing Bulgaria. 

She started her professional career at UniCredit Bulbank in a branch of the bank in 2002.

In 2003 she joined the Retail Banking team, and in 2008 she took over the management of the Products and segments in Retail Banking.

She also gained international experience in the same position at UniCredit Bulbank in Czech Republic and Slovakia. Her career continued as Chief Commercial Officer and Member of the Management Board of UniCredit Consumer Financing EAD - from the beginning of 2017 to July 2020.

Since then, Ekaterina Kirilova has been Director of Branch Network at Retail Banking, and on 01.06.2024 she took over the position of Executive Director and Chairman of the Management Board of UniCredit Consumer Financing EAD.
