The date is shown on the Loan Treaty. It may be 1st, 7th, 14th or 21st of the month.

You can pay the monthly installments through the account shown on the Loan Treaty with number of loan as bases for payment.

You can pay your monthly installments by EasyPay, FastPay and CashTerminal. Payments through these channels require a technological time to receive the translation. In this regard, we recommend that the amount must be paid two or three working days earlier than the maturity date. You can use FastPay and Cashterminal if your monthly loan installments are settled on the bank account of UniCredit Consumer Financing at UniCredit Bulbank, IBAN: BG90 UNCR 7630101 CLARIMA, BIC code: UNCRBGSF.

UniCredit recommends you to repay your monthly installment without additional fees at ATMs of UniCredit Bulbank through the system Bulbank Pay.

For payment through the Bulbank Pay system, please follow these steps:

  1. Insert the bank card into the ATM
  2. Select menu "Paying bills"
  3. Select menu "Other", and after that menu “UniCredit Consumer Financing”
  4. Enter the number of your contract
  5. Enter the PIN of your bank card (Personal Identification Number)
  6. On the next screen you should confirm or cancel the transaction.

This service is possible if the monthly installments on your loan are settled on the bank account of UniCredit Consumer Financing in UniCredit Bulbank, IBAN: BG90 UNCR 7630101 CLARIMA, BIC code: UNCRBGSF. The service requires a technological time to get the transaction done. In this case, we recommend that the amount be paid two or three working days earlier than the maturity date.

For payment through ATM, please follow these steps:

  1. Insert the bank card into the machine
  2. Select menu "Other services"
  3. Select menu "B-Pay" and enter our sales number – 64999 if you pay the exact monthly installment or 14999 if you want to pay amount different of the monthly installment
  4. Enter the number of contract
  5. Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
  6. On the next screen you should confirm or cancel the transaction.

You can repay your monthly installments at a cash desk or online, and this service requires a technological time to get the transaction done. In this case, we recommend that the amount be paid two or three working days earlier than the maturity date.

To pay monthly installment by E-Pay is necessary to register at www.epay.bg.
They will issue specific codes that are necessary for you to register your bank card to the website. All customers who do not use personal bank account in UniCredit Bulbank and having Bulgarian, bank debit cards with the logo of Borica can register and use E-Pay.

If you are already registered, you must register your domestic payment to UniCredit Consumer Financing by entering the contract number on IBAN: BG90 UNCR 7630101 CLARIMA. Then you need to confirm the payment of the amount due. In this case, E-Pay does not have service charges. If you have any other charges, contact the Servicing Bank.

In case of a change in payments to another bank account, you can use the option to fill a transfer order.

When signing the Loan contract you can insure with an insurance company, a partner of UniCredit Consumer Financing. This insurance is designed to ensure the payment of installments or the residual amount at insurance event as specified the General terms of the  insurance.
