Since 2018 Iliya Semerdzhiev is Manager of UniCredit Fleet Management, as well as from March 2018, he is Chief Risk Director and member of the Management Board of UniCredit Leasing EAD. His previous position is Senior manager of the Corporate clients’ credit analysis Unit at the Risk Management Department of UniCredit Bulbank and Member of the Credit Council of the Bank.

He began his career at the Bank in 2006 as a Credit analyst. His professional development in the years passes through the positions Risk manager and Senior Risk manager Corporate clients. In the beginning of 2011 he became Team Manager - Corporate clients – Region South and in September 2015 he headed the Corporate clients Credit Analysis Department. In the period July 2013 – September 2015, he was also a member of the Credit Committee of UniCredit Factoring. He is a participant in the talent program of the Bank - UniQuest, in which he gained valuable experience in the project management field on an international level. Iliya Semerdzhiev has a Master of Finance from University of National and World Economy.
