- What to do in case any of the above events occur abroad

If you wish to pay indemnity at invoice value in a service of your choice, a representative of UniCredit Insurance Broker monitors the completeness and payment of the insurance indemnity on time.
In the event of an insured event and depending on its type, it is necessary to immediately notify the competent authorities (fire, police, etc.) by phone 112.
After the occurrence of the event, within no more than three days of learning about it, you need to notify (claim) to your insurer by filling out a notice of damage in the form of the Insurer.
Deadlines for ruling on the filed damage
In the event of an insured event due to the risks of fire or explosion, malicious actions of third parties, including arson, burglary or the use of technical means or robbery, you must notify your Insurer or your insurance broker in writing within 24 hours of learning of the occurrence of the insured event.

Official note from Regional Service "Fire Safety and Protection of the Population".
Official note from the Seismological Institute at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences on the strength of the earthquake.
Official note from the Regional Police Department on the territory of which the event or final act in pre-trial proceedings took place.
Official note from the Regional Police Department on the territory of which the event or final act in pre-trial proceedings took place.
Letter from the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH). A copy of a publication in the media when the disaster was massive and was announced in the media.
Traffic accident report issued by the Traffic Police or Bilateral statement of findings.
Deadlines for ruling on the filed damage
The Insurer is obliged to rule on the claim within 15 (fifteen) working days from the presentation of all evidence of the damage.
In the event of a sudden illness, accident or other event covered by the terms of the insurance contract, immediately contact the call center of your insurer or his Assistance company listed in the policy and follow their instructions.
If, in connection with the event, you need to incur medical expenses, request and keep all documents for the expenses incurred for your treatment, as you will need to provide them to the insurer when making a claim.
