Since November 1st 2022 Borislav Bangeev takes the role of Director Corporate banking and Member of the Management Board of UniCredit Bulbank. Before that he has an extensive career in banking, covering till recently the role of the Chief Risk Officer and Member of the Management Board of the bank which he took on May 1st 2019. 

Prior to this he was Global Head of FIBS Credit Transactions at UniCredit and In such capacity - member of the Group Transactional Credit Committee and Debt Capital Management Committee of UniCredit. Borislav started his career as an intern in Consumer loans and Product Development departments of UniCredit Bulbank and has since then gradually assumed various increasing responsibilities both locally and on group level. Borislav has a master degree in Finance and Banking from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”
