The Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bulbank has approved the appointment of Teodora Petkova as the new Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of UniCredit Bulbank, subject to preliminary approval by BNB.

After the BNB approval, Teodora Petkova will formally start the position on 1 May, 2019.
